Peinemann introduces a new way of cleaning trans line exchangers, the TLE. This lightweight machine has been developed in order to clean vertical trans line exchangers in furnaces and other vertical bundles, condensors and evaporators.
The machine is small, light and very easy to operate. It consists of 2 air motors, 1 for moving the hose out and 1 for moving the hose in. The body consists of 2 pieces, made from a special aluminium alloy, which can be separated by 4 small air cylinders, for quick changing of the high pressure hoses. The hoses are being moved by 2 endless chains with polyurethane blocks, which are pushed towards each other by the 4 air cylinders. In order to drive the hoses out or in, the operator only has to push the switches on the handles on top.
The 2 handles can be fixed in several positions, to make the machine suitable for small spaces and for large operators. A balancer with guides for the high pressure hoses is available, to make the operation even easier. It is possible to equip the TLE cleaner with blocks suitable to hold 2 high pressure hoses, with an adjustable pitch block. In this case, 2 hoses can be inserted at the same time. The machine can also be used for horizontal applications and with a remote control.
Operators will no longer be exposed to high pressure hoses. There is a pneumatic safety switch at the bottom of the machine, which stops all movements of the machine when it gets lifted. The pitch seals off the distance, between the tubes and the machine, to prevent operators from getting hurt by high pressure water. The machine stops automatically when the nozzle comes back into the machine.
Due to the possibility to use forward spraying nozzles and the fact that you can clean going down as well as coming up, this machine gives very constant cleaning results, with effortless operation. Being able to clean tube bundles with 2 hoses at the same time will improve the time needed to clean the tubes.
